Opportunities for development

Investment in a brick factory. The owners of the plant are looking for an investor to attract investment in the construction of a brick factory with a capacity of 25 million bricks per year, which is $1.6 million.
In addition, near the land plot of the brick factory, along the north-eastern border, there is a land plot with cadastral number 5925082700:00:003:0206 with a total area of 37.3773 hectares. Exploration works were carried out on this land plot, which revealed promising reserves of loam for brick production in the amount of 969 m³.

Total area of the factory buildings

The factory’s buildings have a total area – 3274.1 m², including:

two-storey bit building with a total area of 356 m², which is currently undergoing major repairs to its roof and new windows and doors;
ring kiln with a total area of 1,215 m² (in need of major repairs);
brickworks building with a total area of 1,282.7 m² (in need of major repairs);
other utility rooms with a total area of 420.1 m².

Location

The national significance road H-12 “Sumy-Poltava” runs through the south-eastern part of the land plot.

The “Trostyanets-Smorodyne” railway station is located 4.1 km from the plant.

Taking into account the close proximity of the quarry to the brick plant and its stocks, and the availability of the “Sumy-Poltava” and “Sumy-Kharkiv” transport routes, this area of brick production is attractive for investment.
