Deployment of Solar Energy Facilities

Project for the construction of a solar power plant in the village of Soborne (Berezine) of the Bessarabka rural territorial community with a capacity of 25 MW.
Three land plots are provided for the implementation of the project. They are municipally owned with a total area of 45.398 hectares.

The project provides for the construction of a solar power plant using modern photovoltaic panels to generate electricity from solar radiation.

The location in the southwestern part of Ukraine provides a high level of solar radiation, which is optimal for the efficient operation of the solar power plant.

Infrastructure Provision

The project is located in Bolhrad District, Odesa Region, which has access to the necessary infrastructure for grid connection.
The region has favorable climatic conditions with high solar activity, which ensures the efficient operation of solar panels throughout the year.

Infrastructure: The plot has no buildings, suitable for photovoltaic panel installation, grid access is possible after connection

Type: GREENFIELD (free of buildings, previously used for agricultural purposes)
Geographical coordinates: 46°14’44.0″N 29°11’20.0″E
Area: 15.91 ha
Ownership: Municipal
Designated purpose: Placement of a solar power station
Infrastructure: The land plot is clean, without buildings, convenient for the construction of renewable energy facilities

Plot 3:

Type: GREENFIELD (free of buildings, previously used for agricultural purposes)
Geographical coordinates: 46°14’16.8″N 29°11’34.8″E
Area: 6.32 ha
Ownership: Municipal
Designated purpose: Placement of a solar power station
Infrastructure: The plot is free of buildings, suitable for installation of solar panels and other infrastructure

Form of cooperation: The project is proposed for implementation through a public-private partnership mechanism with the possibility of long-term lease of land plots. The investor gets the opportunity to construct and operate a solar power plant with the subsequent sale of electricity under the “green” tariff or through an auction system.
